Burna Boy gifts his grandpa, Fela’s former manager “Benson Idonije”, a Toyota Highlander

Afrobeats Star, Burna boy, has made his grandfather, the legendary Benson Idonije happy after digging deep into his wallet to cop an expensive gift for him.

Idonije is a broadcaster and music critic and who is best known for being the first manager of late Afrobeat legend, Fela Anikulapo Kuti.

In a video making the rounds online, the 86-year-old was captured test driving his new Toyota Highlander excitedly, before exiting the car to appreciate the Singer for his heartwarming gesture.

Idonije who is father to Bose Ogulu, Burnaboy’s mum, was born on June 13, 1936 in Edo State where he completed his early eductaion.

He has published three books, Dis Fela Sef, The Great Highlife Party and All That Jazz.
