There’s no stopping Madge.
The 64-year-old “Material Girl” pop icon has spent the past month partying her way around Manhattan, so naturally she brought her twerking skills to New York Fashion Week.
Madonna hit designer LaQuan Smith’s fashion show on the Intrepid on Monday night, and then hit the club to twerk with edgy rapper Tokischa at Smith’s afterparty at The Blond at 11 Howard downtown.
“Madonna was booty dancing. She didn’t even hang out in the VIP area. She was mingling and dancing with the crowd, instead,” a spy told Page Six.
Madonna had a reunion with mega-producer Babyface, who was behind her 1994 album, “Bedtime Stories,” at Smith’s bash. He shared the moment on Instagram and wrote, “Here we are… almost 30 years after taking a bow! It was amazing running into the icon.”
Meanwhile, Diplo spun tunes at the event, and dancehall queen Spice performed. Model Winnie Harlow hopped in the DJ booth, and sang along and danced with Spice.
Another source told us, “Things got super rowdy after Spice and her dancers started riding Diplo and his tech in the DJ booth.”
Model of the moment Cindy Bruna walked in Smith’s show earlier in the night, and our spy told us her NBA player boyfriend Serge Ibaka was waiting at her car when she exited the show. The duo then headed to the party, where their love was on full display.
“It was real love. They were at the afterparty, kissing and looking at each other’s phones. It was heart-melting,” the first source said.
Other stars at the party included Smith’s pal La La Anthony, Cassie and Karrueche Tran.
