Armed with a snapping flow and unconventional sense of rhythm that keeps audiences on their toes, Inland Empire rapper KINGMOSTWANTED stands out among his peers. Today, he returns with a brand new single called “Made It Out,” featuring JESXS and J.I. Bandz. Throughout the track, KING floats over the buoyant west coast beat, staying traditional to his song structure while dropping gems like, “Young and senseless, but now I’m really young and reckless, mixed this drink with a certified tesla, I’m up on top and I’m feeling like the best yeah.”
The 8PETOWN rapper continues to deliver bars with confidence on “Made It Out,” complementing both JESXS and J.I Bandz’s verses with his own flow. The collaboration came highly anticipated, as JESXS (formerly known as JOP [Jesus Ortiz Paz]) is the front singer of the popular Mexican regional band Fuerza Regida and marks his first time rapping in English on a track.
“The message we’re trying to push with this single is just uniting black and brown people,” KING said. “This is for the culture, it’s for the people.”
Ready to capitalize on a year of upward momentum, the 8PETOWN rapper, at only 20 years old, has already lived through a lifetime of hardships and experiences… every reason why fans can’t help but gravitate towards his music. Injecting real-life scenarios and sentiments into his rhymes, the SoCal sensation has his sights set on being one of the greatest, and living up to his name of being the ‘most wanted.’
KING’s presence has been heavily felt all 2022. Currently releasing music powered by Vydia, KING has come a long way since the viral release of “In My City,” in 2019 and has gained a loyal and supportive fan base since.
In March of this year, the rapper shared the track and visual for “Cali Lovin,” a modern-day LA anthem that re-worked Ice Cube’s classic “Check Yo Self.” The video currently sits at 100k+ views on YouTube. He followed up with two other releases, “Blood Party,” ft. Bouncebackmeek and Rucci, and “Murda Twins” with TgK Splash. Now, he’s gearing up for his next EP ‘Notorious King.’
With “Made It Out,” KINGMOSTWANTED looks to deliver on the ambitions of his artist name and elevate to elite status on the west coast scene.
