Why Do Muslims Dislike Alcohol So Much But Smoke Weed, Shisha & Cigarette?

Why is alcohol forbidden in the Islam?
Alcohol is considered as haram or unlawful and its consumption is considered as impure or najis in Islam. The Quran specifically prohibits the consumption of alcohol. Even the consumption of a minor quantity that doesn’t produce the intoxicating effects is also prohibited.

Muslims abstain from alcohol because the Prophet Muhammad, to whom Muslims believe the word of God was revealed in the Qur’an, spoke against it. Though Muhammad said alcohol may have some medicinal value, as recorded in the Qur’an, but he believed its potential for sin was “far greater” than its benefits.
Tanzanian Singer, Zuchu rejected a $108,000 endorsement deal offer from an alcoholic brand to preserve her Islamic faith. Her mother, Tanzanian Music Legend, Khadija Kopa warned her against promoting such products earlier.
In 2021, Ugandan singer, Eddy Kenzo rejected a $290,000 (1 billion Ugandan Shilling) endorsement deal offer from a European alcoholic company because of his Islamic beliefs.
In his own words:
“It is true I rejected an endorsement deal for alcohol worth billions because I don’t stand for it as a person. Yes, I go to the bar but it is not to drink. I go to socialize and hang with my buddies. Everything is not about money”.
But the Muslim friends I know, smoke weed. All of them smoke weed and do drugs but don’t take alcohol.
