  • In a recent social media post, RMD took a trip down memory lane, reminiscing about fond moments shared with veteran actresses Genevieve Nnaji and Stephanie Okereke, both of whom have been less visible in the industry lately
  • Stephanie Okereke, stirred by RMD’s nostalgic gesture, reciprocated with equal warmth.

Nollywood icon Richard Mofe-Damijo, affectionately known as RMD, has captivated his followers by sharing a throwback picture of himself alongside his colleagues Genevieve Nnaji and Stephanie Okereke.

In a gesture of homage during Women’s History Month, the 62-year-old actor graced his Instagram feed with a cherished snapshot, capturing himself alongside the esteemed actresses.

“Throwing it back with some fierce females this #WomensMonth @stephanielinus @genevievennaji,” he captioned the picture.

In a beautifully heartfelt response, Stephanie Okereke gracefully graced the comment section of RMD’s Instagram post, pouring out waves of love and admiration in response to his thoughtful gesture.

Stephanie Okereke wrote;

“Sending you ❤ in this women’s month”

The trio graced the screen together in the 2003 drama “Private Sin,” a cinematic masterpiece helmed by director Lancelot Imasuen, produced by the dynamic duo Emem Isong and Rob Emeka Eze.

While RMD has continued to feature in several films, Genevieve and Stephanie seem to have taken a break from acting.

This is coming months after Nollywood actress Kate Henshaw shared insights into her recent rekindling of ties with colleague Genevieve Nnaji.

Henshaw, during an interview with popular media personality Chude Jideonwo, opened up about the complexity of her enduring friendship with Genevieve.

The actress, who admitted that she had minor differences with Genevieve in the past, disclosed that the rekindling of their connection recently took place on the set of a Netflix production.

Narrating her encounter, she noted Genevieve’s tendency to distance herself from her and other colleagues.
