Skales Speaks On Constantly Being Compared To Wizkid

Nigerian rapper and singer, Raoul John Njeng-Njeng, popularly known as Skales, has spoken about being compared to his former label mate, Wizkid.
The Kaduna-born rapper, who was label mates with Grammy-nominated superstar Wizkid when they were signed to EME records, spoke about the constant comparison and its negative impact.

Taking to twitter on Thursday the 8th of September 2022, Skales reflected on the comparison, making it known that he is over the negativity that the fans breed as he is in a good place with his music career and life.

He wrote:

Over the years it’s “your career is dead” “no be you and Wizkid start” lol

I see it !! It’s all love and I’m still doing great as far as careers go … and I love all this that support me !!

I use to run away from this app Cz of the toxicness but nothing Dey shake me again.. Na just love plenty for my heart!! If to say I no Dey make money from music somethings for pain me but I’m here to inspire and impact in the world and not brag either
