Prince Harry belongs as ‘our prince’

Sharon Osbourne was happy to see Prince Harry reunite with his brother, Prince William, following the death of their grandmother Queen Elizabeth II.

“To see them walking side by side it just brings back [memories]. I look at Harry and think, ‘This is where you belong. The people really want you to come home, this is where you belong, being our prince,’” Osbourne told Extra in an interview published Thursday.

As for whether she thinks the estranged brothers will be able to repair their relationship, the former “Talk” host said, “I hope so.”

The Duke of Sussex, the Prince of Wales and their respective wives, Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton, reunited last weekend for a walkabout at Windsor Castle where they viewed tributes left for the late Queen.

The brothers, who have had a tumultuous relationship since Harry, 38, and Markle, 41, gave up their royal duties in 2020, also walked side by side as they followed the Queen’s casket during a memorial service Wednesday.

“The royal family has always been like a Shakespearean play for me. I have to tell you when I saw them [Harry and Meghan] earlier on… I felt sorry for them. And the way that they were parted from the family,” she told Fox News in June after Markle and Harry were met with boos while attending the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations.

“I do feel sorry for [Prince Harry] because I think that there must be a huge part of him that regrets [his decision],” she continued.
