Anthony Nwakaeme wins the 2021-22 Turkish Super Lig title with Trabzonspor, their first league title in 38 years.
The 33-year-old has scored 11 goals with 10 assists in 27 league games for the Turkish side this season.
Nwakaeme has however refused to renew his contract with Trabzonspor which runs out by the end of the season.
