The naming ceremony of President Buhari’s grandson, Zayyad took place in Istanbul, Turkey and was attended by family members and dignitaries from different nationalities.

Hanan Buhari, a graduate of digital photography and Mohammed Turadu tied the knot back in September 2020 and welcomed their son in March 2022.
Hanan’s husband is the son of a former lawmaker, Mahmud Sani Sha’aban, who was a member of the House of Representatives and a friend of President Buhari.
Their wedding ceremony was historic as it was the first-ever wedding ceremony held inside the Presidential Villa, in Abuja.
