Gone are those days when we have nothing like amapiano beats and all these music productions we have now because of advancements in technology.
Some songs would have experienced massive airplay if all these technologies are in place back then but regardless if released in this present day they would still come out as a hit song.
Where are the Fireboy, Omah Lay, Joeboy, and all these new school artistes who now enjoy massive airplay because we now have multiple streaming platforms.
Even at that, when some old songs hit the dance floor they still sound like a new song.
For me no matter what the street is singing now, when songs like Photocopy by 9ice, Implication by 2Baba, Don’t Dull by Wizkid drops you must vibe to it like they just dropped.
Old song or no old song, some songs will forever be evergreen.
