Maitland Ward has dished in her new tell-all book about an icy exchange with her former co-star, Danielle Fishel.
The former “Boy Meets World” actress wrote in her new memoir “Rated X: How Porn Liberated Me from Hollywood,” that Fishel was less than friendly when she encountered her at a party.
While Ward did not appear on the Disney spin-off “Girl Meets World,” the star shared that she was invited to a party on set, saying that Fishel “barely acknowledged” her.
“Danielle didn’t speak to me at all, which I thought was odd. She barely acknowledged that I was even there,” the former Disney star wrote.
“I hadn’t seen her since my wedding, but we hadn’t had any ill feelings or bad blood.”
The now-adult film star, 45, also speculated that the actress — who played Topanga Lawrence on “Boy Meets World” — wasn’t too keen on sharing the spotlight with other female colleagues on the “Girl Meets World” spin-off, which aired for three seasons.
“I don’t know if this is true, but there were whispers she didn’t want any of the past female cast members to share the screen with her,” the “Bold and the Beautiful” star wrote.
She went on to say that Fishel’s reservations against the female co-stars explain why her character would “never interact with Trina [McGee’s character] when Trina [McGee] made an appearance on the show.”
Ward also said that Fishel “didn’t like me popping up on the set.”
Ward’s new memoir, released on Tuesday, Sept. 6, details a slew of experiences the actress encountered in Hollywood, as well as her emergence into the adult film industry.
The actress also revealed that she had to try on lingerie for the “Boy Meets World” producers during her time on the show.
Ward came out about her transition to the adult film industry in 2019.
