Harry Kane Gives One Condition To Remain A Tottenham Player

Tottenham Hotspur striker, Harry Kane, has given a condition for him to stay at the club this summer.
Kane will only stay at Tottenham this summer if the club’s chairman, Daniel Levy, gives him assurances that manager, Antonio Conte, will be backed financially in the upcoming summer transfer window.

The England captain made his desire to leave Tottenham known last summer but was blocked from a move to Premier League champions Manchester City by Levy.

Recall that Conte publicly voiced his discontent over the club’s disappointing dealings during the January transfer window.

The Sun reports that Kane is now open to continuing at Tottenham but not without guarantees that Conte will be given a chance to sign the players he deems necessary for Spurs to compete for top honours.

The issue of a lack of transfer funds has been a recurring issue for Tottenham coaches under Levy.

And Kane fears that they could stand to lose another world-class coach in Conte if he is not backed when the summer transfer window opens.

Should Kane not receive these assurances from the club’s chief, he will look to leave Tottenham again in the summer.
