Ghana Saved Nigeria From Embarrassment In The World Cup Tournament

Coming after Ghana’s Black Stars made it to the world cup, and Nigeria’s Super Eagles not making it to the game, many Nigerians are of the opinion that they saved us.
The Black Stars of Ghana qualified for the 2022 FIFA World Cup after securing a 1-1 draw away from home against Nigeria.

This comes after we had a goalless draw against them in their home country.

This means that Nigeria will not make it to the FIFA Word Cup Games in Qatar.

Many social media users have opined that Ghana did us a great deal as they believe that Nigeria might not make it to the second rounds of the games.

What do you think of this assertion? Do you think it holds water? Is it better not to qualify than be kicked out of the first rounds?

However, some other football lovers have taken to social media to cry out in pain. One Femi Peters wrote;

“I can picture SHATTA WALE and JOHN DUMELO ,both sipping red wine , gulping AMALA n EWEDU soup and washing it down with a chilled COKE mixed with KUNU Aya with crossed legs”

Another social media user, Joy Jaydee wote,

“There’s nothing good to brag about in this country,is it education? Abi employment? abi good security? abi good roads where containers would not fall on people? or where bandits and unknown gun men would not just wake up and begin to cause crisis in this country? ZERO!! Nothing good ,now sport has joined again,there’s no joy in this country ,only God can save us and give us that happiness we deserve cos this country is as good as gone”
