Gary Neville Speaks On Man United’s Horror Premier League Loss With Brighton

Manchester United legend, Gary Neville has said that manager, Erik ten Hag will be shocked and disappointed to see how things have fallen apart at the club.
The Red Devils legend also said that the time has come for the Glazer family, owners of the club, to sell Manchester United to some more serious business-minded people.

Things did not work as planned for Erik ten Hag who watched on from the touchline as Brighton put his team to the sword in front of the Red Devils’ home fans in the opening weekend.

“It will have been a shock to him [Ten Hag] after a promising pre-season,” Neville said, according to talkSPORT.

“Ten Hag will be disappointed because he saw positive signs in pre-season but the reality has hit home,” he added.

Speaking further, Neville noted that the Dutchman, who he described as an outstanding coach, has not been provided with the right players to do his job at Old Trafford.

Angered by the way the club’s hierarchy is doing business in the transfer window this summer, the former defender added that,

“The time has come for the Glazer family to sell the football club. It’s now.”
