An emotional video captures the touching moment a father was presented with the diploma certificate of his son, who tragically passed away a day before his graduation ceremony.
The diploma was awarded posthumously to the late Elethu Pangwa, who had completed his studies in biotechnology at Cape Peninsula University of Technology, CPUT in South Africa.
Elethu’s father accepted the certificate on his son’s behalf and was applauded with a standing ovation from other graduating students.
It was indeed an emotional moment for many as the video has caused teary reactions across social media spaces.
