There are two things that Draymond Green of the Golden State Warriors has a lot of: talent and opinions.
Both of those are on display often when Green takes to the court.
The four-time NBA champion was recently asked about the young up-and-coming players dominating the league right now and he made it known who he respects the most, and who reminds him of a younger version of himself.

When asked which young player reminds him the most of himself, Green was direct.
“I’m going to have to go with, in a much different way, Ja Morant,” Green said, handing the Memphis Grizzlies star a major compliment.
Green has had the sort of success that Morant is definitely aiming for but being compared to the hot-headed Warriors superstar isn’t always a good thing.
Growing Into Green
Both Green and Morant play the game with a fierce sense of determination and in-your-face attitude.
That is definitely why some people compare the two.
But they are also built differently and diverge a lot from one another.
Both are very physical but in their own respective ways: while Green is known as more of a defensive player, Morant is known for his incredible offensive feats of strength.
The thing they have most in common would be their insistence on speaking their minds and their lack of fear when it comes to being brash, loud, and at times confrontational.
This is something that their fans love to see – and something that those cheering on opponents hate.
Sure enough, Morant is gaining quite a few critics as he becomes more and more popular.
Those rooting on the Grizzlies adore Morant but some who support the competition find Morant to be annoying and too confident in his abilities.
That sounds an awful lot like what people say about Green.
