The hosting country has been facing a lot of challenges such as hospitality, warfare and so more. The officiating is another area of concern.
The CAF should have surveyed properly before agreeing to host its 2022 competition in Cameroon.
Pun intended, the country is currently suffering from financial stability, and this effect on the stadia, the fans and logic/statistics. The average numbers of football fans attending the competition is not encouraging and all still relies on the poverty existing in the country.

CAF should stop the political rule of rotating the host so as to circulate or portray the message of being unbias. If rotating within the well developed countries would make the competition relevant, so be it.
We have numbers of well-structured countries in Africa which can host this competition perfectly, countries like South Africa, Egypt, Algeria, Ghana, Nigeria, Ivory Coast should have hosted this instead of Cameroon.
I doubt this competition will be regarded in the next coming years. CAF will regret this step they made.
