Netizens throw their weight behind the Afrobeat singer, Davido Adeleke as a throwback diss post of Burna Boy surfaces amidst the claims of him being a new cat.
It is recalled that during a recent interview, O.B.O referred to the self-acclaimed African Giant and other top-rated singers in the entertainment industry as a ‘new cat.’
Netizens, however, dug up an old Snapchat post of Burna Boy from 2018 where he insinuated that Davido cannot sing but he exists because his father has the money to buy him the entertainment industry.
In his words, “You cannot play football, everybody knows you cannot play football and you are an embarrassment to the team But your daddy bought the football team.”
The throwback diss has since divided fans of both singers as some called it a fair game while others condemned the diss as unnecessary.
