The controversial Florida condo that Britney Spears’ sister, Jamie Lynn, claimed to own while the singer was still under her conservatorship has hit the market for $2 million, The Post has learned.
Britney Spears, 40, is the actual owner. If she gets anywhere near the asking price, she’ll walk away with a good profit. She purchased the residence for $920,000 in 2001, according to Realtor.com.
The condo became a point of contention when a 2015 tweet from Jamie Lynn resurfaced, with her claiming that her favorite vacation spot was the condo in Destin, located on the Florida Panhandle, adding that she had part ownership in the unit.
During the “Free Britney” movement in 2021, while the princess of pop was still stuck in her conservatorship, Jamie Lynn claimed that she had received no financial support from her sister. But that 2015 tweet proves otherwise.
Made up of three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, the 3,600-square-foot pad is listed under Bridgemore Timber LLC, which is solely tied to Britney.
The beachy retreat takes up half of the 10th floor and boasts panoramic Gulf views.
While the home could use an update, the property features an expansive balcony, 10-foot ceilings, marble floors, a mirrored wall with a fireplace and walls of glass that open out to those expansive — and turquoise — Gulf views.
There’s also a dining room with a fireplace and an eat-in kitchen. The primary bedroom comes with a desk nook and floor-to-ceiling windows, according to the listing. An en suite bath features a soaking tub and a separate shower.
Building amenities include a gym, pools and a game room.
