Bandit Terrorists Abduct Islamic School Students In Katsina

It was gathered that students and one teacher of Islamiyya school in Sakkai village are among the victims.
Bandits have stormed a school in Katsina state and abducted an undisclosed number of students.

According to DailyTrust, students and one teacher of Islamiyya school in Sakkai village, Faskari Local Government Area of Katsina were abducted by the bandits on Wednesday.

The bandit terrorist abducted the victims while attending evening lessons within the school premises.

This is coming at a time bandits killed three people during an attack on Batsari town, headquarters of Batsari Local Government Area of Katsina.

A resident of the community who spoke with Daily Trust disclosed that one of the victims, who happened to be his aunt, died of cardiac arrest due to the fear of gunshots by the bandits.

He said the other two died from stray bullets.

“By the time the bandits came to Batsari, we learnt that the security men were at Dankar village which was surrounded by bandits,” he said.

He added that eight persons were abducted by the gunmen during the attack.

This is coming few hours after bandits abducted some students and teachers of the College of Agriculture and Animal Health in Bakura.
