Michael Russell, a Los Angeles County deputy, testified that he was in the middle of a ‘Call Of Duty’ gaming session with another cop when he shared the photos of Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna Bryant’s tragic crash site

The deputy admitted he had no business sharing the pictures with anyone. He mentioned that his punishment afterward was just a minor write-up. Russell claimed that he initially received the photos from a fellow deputy, #JoeyCruz. Cruz admitted that he also showed the pictures to a bartender. He claims he did so to relieve the stress he’d been dealing with due to the crash.
